Delivery & returns
UK delivery
Postage is £3.50 per order, not per bracelet. It is shown in your basket before payment.
UK mainland delivery is estimated at 3–5 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Bracelets ship from the UK. For a bracelet that needs to be made, please email us before ordering to confirm the making and delivery time.
Checkout currently accepts UK delivery addresses only. For non-mainland destinations, please confirm delivery timing before ordering.
Changed your mind?
For non-personalised bracelets bought online, tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to send the bracelet back.
You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please package the bracelet safely. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply if handling beyond this reduces its value.
For a cancelled order, we refund the item price and standard outward delivery charge. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method.
Faulty or not as described
Please contact us if your bracelet is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described. You can reject faulty or misdescribed goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We cover reasonable return postage for these returns. Your rights to a repair, replacement or refund may continue after this period.
Made-to-order bracelets
Every bracelet is made after you order, so the photos show what the bracelet looks like rather than one specific piece held ready. A standard design made after you order still has the cancellation rights above. An item made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation; we will explain any exception before you order. Faulty-goods rights are not affected.
Arrange a return
Email echosofthree@gmail.com with your order reference and tell us whether you are cancelling or reporting a problem.
